One of my professional regrets (!) has been that in spite of having introduced multi-lingual recordings, in spite of clocking ~28k recordings, in my entire career I have not recorded (except once, for the ace writer-director Sai Paranjpe) in my mother tongue Kuchchhi. So, in an acceptance speech for an award, little wonder that I was mostly talking about the fading language!
